Dear Valued Customers,
These are unprecedented times in which the country is rallying together to defeat the COVID-19 threat. While some companies in the automotive industry have already announced they are closing, we’ve taken the time to consider advice from the government and after careful appraisal of the relevant data, we have decided to keep our doors open; however we are operating slightly different opening hours and are now closed on Saturdays. We are open from 9am to 5pm.
The chief reason we’ve made this decision is we think it’s important that essential workers and the relatives of vulnerable persons, who may need to travel distances to work or to shop for food and medical supplies on other persons’ behalf, aren’t left stranded following a mechanical issue. For many, especially those travelling to or from more remote areas in which public transport is unreliable, non-existent or a health risk, their vehicle is a lifeline and could mean the difference between being on hand to help an ailing friend or family member, and being unable to reach them.
Rest assured that we are following all governmental and medical advice surrounding proper practice during the course of this pandemic; this includes both proper social distancing when receiving customers and working together, to the constant, thorough disinfecting of hands, surfaces and tools. We’re taking every effort we can to minimise the possibility of any viral transference.
We’ll endeavour to keep you updated of any changes in our plan of action, as if the medical data or government advice is to change, we won’t hesitate in closing. If you have any questions regarding our response to COVID-19, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Warmest regards and best wishes,
Lee Alsford | Company Director
